Starter Nutrition and Fitness Program
It’s time to get serious about your health but where do you start?
This program will improve not only your eating and movement habits but together we will work through harmful patterns that are tripping you up. What you eat and how you move your body can be sabotaged by many thought processes that don’t serve us and I want to help you acknowledge and overcome these obstacles.
All workouts can be done in your home with minimal equipment and your nutrition strategy will be based on your body’s needs. We will focus on fueling your body to feel and move your very best!
I will be available by email to support you and we will have 2 coaching calls after our initial assessment. One coaching call will be about a week into your program to make sure you are understanding your nutritional needs and one 3 weeks into the program to overcome any obstacles and to celebrate your successes!
Our month together will end with an assessment to send you out on your own!

Why focus on strength?
It's a crucial starting point for any fat loss plan. As we shed pounds, our daily calorie burn typically decreases. However, building muscle and strength can help maintain a high-calorie burn. We’ll also be using nutrition to stay satiated! Protein not only builds muscle, it keeps us full longer.
This program will help you put healthy habits in place to consistently use to build strength, lose fat and feel amazing.
